Aventura Kids Party Idea: Create a Mini RC Construction Site with Play Sand

For an Aventura birthday or family event, a mini construction site can give young guests something they can see, touch and operate. The RC Construction Sand Party brings together play sand, working RC machines and manual construction vehicles in one organized activity area.

Kids can move through different construction jobs

A child might start by driving an RC excavator, switch to loading a manual dump truck and then help build a road through the sand. There is no single correct way to play, which gives the activity room to grow with the group.

Because the equipment mix includes both RC and manual vehicles, children can choose the level of control that suits them. That makes the setup particularly friendly for younger birthday groups.

What families should know about the sand setup

The activity uses play sand, and we place a tarp underneath every setup. The tarp creates a defined base for the construction area and helps protect the event surface.

We also provide a tent for the sand zone. At outdoor Aventura events, the tent gives the activity a clear footprint and makes it easier to organize the children's area separately from food and seating.

Works beyond a traditional backyard birthday

The construction sand party can be considered for condo event spaces, clubhouses, family venues and other locations that allow the activity. Outdoor and covered areas are often the easiest places to discuss with a venue.

Indoor use depends on the location's rules, so families should confirm the setup in advance. Our team can explain what is involved before you finalize the party plan.

An activity that matches the theme

Parents often create a construction look with caution tape, cones and truck decorations. The sand party adds the missing piece: a construction activity that lets the kids become the operators.

For children who love trucks and machines, that can make the difference between a party that looks themed and one that actually feels like a construction experience.

Where to host an RC Construction Sand Party in Aventura

These are outdoor parks and event venues worth asking about for this type of party. A listing here is not a guarantee that the location will approve sand, a tent or an outside entertainment vendor, so always confirm your exact setup before reserving.

Aventura Arts & Cultural Center — A staffed Aventura event venue with a waterfront setting and two outdoor patios. Its event team can review whether the RC construction sand party can fit into a private family event.

JW Marriott Miami Turnberry Resort & Spa — An Aventura resort with multiple outdoor event settings, lawns, courtyards and terraces. Ask the resort event team about bringing an outside children's entertainment setup.

Courtyard Miami Aventura Mall — Aventura hotel event space that advertises outdoor event options for birthdays and celebrations. Confirm the RC sand setup and outside-vendor policies directly with the events team.

Aventura city parks do not permit unauthorized organized parties, so do not assume a public park can host this service. For a private event, work with a staffed venue or obtain the required City authorization before planning the mobile setup.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is included in the RC Construction Sand Party?

The setup combines four RC construction vehicles and four manual construction vehicles so up to eight kids can play at once. Mobile Gaming Events also brings 100 pounds of play sand, a protective tarp, a tent, setup and an attendant.

Can it be set up indoors or outdoors?

Yes. Outdoor setups are popular, but approved indoor or covered venues can also work when there is enough room and the venue allows sand and outside entertainment vendors.

What kind of sand is used?

We use play sand for hands-on kids activities, with a tarp underneath to help contain residual sand.

What should I confirm with a venue?

Ask whether outside vendors, play sand, tents and the required footprint are allowed before booking.
