Our photo booth at the 2017 Tax Forum
Mobile Gaming Events provided photo-booth services for the Thomson Reuters 2017 Tax Forum at the Hilton Orlando, next to the Orange County Convention Center. The setup combined a green screen, reversible sequined backdrops, Boomerang GIFs, a social-media kiosk and props.
Planning a similar Orlando conference activation
That event shows how a conference booth can offer more than a single photo format. For a similar Orlando event, agree on branded artwork, capture formats and the guest queue with the organizer. Coordinate setup access and operating times around the conference schedule, and confirm which features are currently available.
