An open gaming setup for an Orlando event

This archive post describes Mobile Gaming Events' open gaming setup, with four screens and equipment brought into the event space. An indoor room can keep players and spectators close to the rest of the party. Ask about the current footprint, guest capacity and power needs rather than relying on the dimensions of an older setup.

Compare the venue space before booking

For an Orlando home, hotel or school, compare the usable room area after furniture is placed, the delivery route and the available outlets. Confirm the plan for spectators and player rotations. If you are considering an outdoor setup, agree on a weather backup with the venue and provider.
