A party venue can have beautiful décor and still need one thing that keeps the kids truly engaged. An RC construction sand zone gives Weston birthdays and family events a dedicated activity where young guests can dig, drive and build.

A strong centerpiece for a venue birthday

RC construction sand play area with miniature excavators and construction trucks arranged for hands-on digging and hauling activities.

Instead of adding another passive decoration, the sand zone becomes an activity children can return to throughout the event. RC construction vehicles create the excitement of operating machinery, while manual trucks keep hands-on play available at all times.

The setup works particularly well when a venue has an outdoor patio, lawn area, covered space or other approved location where children's entertainment can be placed away from food and main walkways.

How we protect and organize the activity area

Every event includes a tarp beneath the sand setup. The tarp is part of how we define the play area and helps separate the play sand from the event surface underneath.

We also provide a tent for the sand party area. For venues with outdoor space, that helps create a distinct construction station and gives families an easy place to direct the kids.

Play sand and flexible equipment for younger guests

The activity uses play sand and includes a mix of RC and manual construction vehicles. Young children who are still learning to use a controller can begin with manual trucks while more confident guests try the RC machines.

Because several children can take on different roles at once, the sand zone can keep a group engaged without requiring every guest to wait for one single turn.

Where to host an RC Construction Sand Party in Weston

These are outdoor parks and event venues worth asking about for this type of party. A listing here is not a guarantee that the location will approve sand, a tent or an outside entertainment vendor, so always confirm your exact setup before reserving.

Weston Regional Park — One of Weston's reservable shelter parks, with covered picnic areas, electricity, water and nearby playgrounds. Additional vendors and tents may require a special event permit.

Emerald Estates Park — Another Weston park with reservable shelters and family-friendly amenities. It is one of the City's locations where certain party vendors are already contemplated, subject to insurance and permit rules.

Weston requires a special event permit for additional items such as tents and vendors at shelter rentals. Confirm the RC construction sand activity, insurance and placement requirements with the City before booking.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is included in the RC Construction Sand Party?

The setup combines four RC construction vehicles and four manual construction vehicles so up to eight kids can play at once. Mobile Gaming Events also brings 100 pounds of play sand, a protective tarp, a tent, setup and an attendant.

Can it be set up indoors or outdoors?

Yes. Outdoor setups are popular, but approved indoor or covered venues can also work when there is enough room and the venue allows sand and outside entertainment vendors.
