Plan the delivery route before choosing cabinets
An arcade rental brings physical cabinets to the venue, so access matters as much as the game list. For an Atlanta hotel or office event, measure the narrowest doorway, check the service lift and agree on the delivery window before confirming machines.
Confirm the event address and room details
Share the exact venue address, floor level, loading instructions and room plan when checking service in Atlanta and surrounding communities.

Sandy Springs
Roswell

Ask the venue which power points can serve the arcade area, and leave space for players and waiting guests. Confirm the available machines and delivery arrangements with Mobile Gaming Events.
