Gaming stations for a South Florida school fair
This archive features an open gaming station for school fairs and festivals, with screens and consoles brought to the event. Ask about the current equipment, tent options and space needed for your school.
The original post records events involving organizations and conventions including Make-A-Wish, Ronald McDonald House, GameStop, Otronicon and MegaCon. These are archive examples; contact us to discuss a setup for your current event.
Examples from our past middle-school fairs
The gallery includes gaming setups from middle-school fairs described in the original post. For your own South Florida school fair, plan short turns, a visible queue and a meeting point for accompanying adults. Coordinate setup access with school staff before students arrive.
Photo booths can provide another station for the fair. Place their queue separately from the gaming queue so each activity can operate without blocking the other.
Projection can support group games, dancing or presentations. Agree on the content, lighting and sound plan with the school.
