Questions to ask about your gaming setup

The Mobile Gaming Events setup described in this post used on-site electricity and placed gaming equipment in the event area. For a Florida event, ask the provider and venue to confirm the power plan, equipment placement, clear exits and guest supervision for the actual booking. Share the proposed indoor or outdoor layout before the event.
